Participant Guidelines

1. Brief program:

October 21, 2018: Keynote Speeches, Oral and poster Presentations

Ⅰ About the registration fee
If your paper is accepted by FEBM2018, you can attend the conference for fee (only one author is for free); if you have no accepted paper, the fee is 200$ for each person.
Ⅱ The conference registration fee covers the following details:
Conference materials
Coffee breaks
Lunch & dinner on October 21, 2018
Conference program guide
One-day tour

3. For Oral Presentations:

• Devices Provided by the Conference Organizer:
   Laptops (with MS-Office & Adobe Reader)
   Projectors & Screen
   Laser Sticks
• Materials Provided by the Presenters:
   Power Pointor/ PDF files
• Duration of each Presentation (Tentatively):
   Keynote Speech: 25 minutes of Presentation, 5 minutes of Q&A
   Oral Presentation: 12 minutes of Presentation, 3 minutes of Q&A

4. For Poster Presentations:

• Materials Provided by the Conference Organizer:
   X Racks & Base Fabric Canvases (60cm×160cm, as the figure shows)
   Adhesive Types or Clamps
• Materials Provided by the Presenters:
   Home-made Posters
• Requirements for the Posters:
   Material: not limited, can be posted on the Canvases
   Size: smaller than 60cm×160cm
   Content: Demonstration of the presenter’s paper
• Requirement for the Presenters:
   Stand beside his (her) Poster through the Session, and discuss with the readers about his (her) paper

5. Important notes

A. For each accepted paper, only one author has the opportunity to attend the conference for free. The fee will not be reduced if the author doesn't attend the conference.
B. Transportation and accommodation fees should be borne by participants
C. FEBM organizing committee reserves all the right for the final explanation
